At Chestore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your product, we offer an easy return and refund process to make it right. Please read our policy carefully.


1. ✅ Eligibility for Returns

You may return products that meet the following criteria:

  •  Damaged or Defective Products: If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, the customer must provide an unboxing video showing the damage. This video is required to assess the situation and determine the appropriate action. The complaint must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Missing Items: If any items are missing from the order, an unboxing video must be provided showing the contents of the package clearly. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order so we can investigate the situation and, if confirmed, we will issue a refund for the missing item(s) after our investigation.

2. 📅 Return Window

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Returns requested after this period will not be accepted unless otherwise specified.

3. 🛍️ Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • New and slightly used products.

  • Complete with all tags and labels still attached.

  • Accompanied by the original invoice.

4. 🏷️ Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for returns:

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Personal products (e.g., intimate wear).

  • Custom or made-to-order items.

  • Products that have been damaged by the customer.

5. 🔄 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@chestore.co within 7 days of receiving your order. Include the order number, product name, and reason for return.

  2. For damaged or defective products, please provide photos to help us assess the issue.

  3. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label for returning the item at no extra cost to you.

6. 💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • For COD orders, we will issue the refund via bank transfer or UPI, as per your preference.

7. 📦 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective or damaged item, Chestore will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For returns not related to defects (such as a change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. However, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.

8. 🔁 Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. Please follow the same return process to initiate an exchange. We will ship the replacement product once we receive the returned item.
